Which countries do you ship to?

Online orders are currently available for customers from Europe.

Located in a country not listed in checkout? Please reach out to info@joyf.design with your order request and delivery details and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Where are the products made?

In line with our commitment to sustainable growth, all our products are proudly made in Ukraine using the finest European materials.

Do you have any physical stores?

Not yet, but we are working on it

Do you have a warranty?

We provide a two-year warranty on the entire range and ongoing post-warranty support. The warranty covers the materials and quality of production parts, provided that the recommendations for use are followed.

Customer care

What are the delivery options?

For international shipments, delivery is possible using DHL, UPS, Schenker or other courier services. The shipping method is determined based on the size of the items in your cart and the delivery destination. Delivery of bulk orders is usually carried out by private carriers or logistics companies.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for the order online on the website or by direct bank transfer to the account. We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal.

What is the standard lead time?

The standard production time is 14-21 working days. If the finished product is in stock, it will be shipped on the first working day after ordering.

I didn't get an order confirmation, what should I do?

Please check your spam & newsletter inboxes, as the confirmations sometimes land there. If it’s not there, please send a request to order@joyf.design

Can I customize Joyf products?

Yes, we provide customization along with tailored designs and services to address the specific needs of your projects. If you have individual wishes regarding color, material or shape, please write to us at order@joyf.design.

Do you have special offers for designers?

Sure, working with partners, we provide customized solutions, flexible prices for the entire range, and individual delivery terms. We offer seamless access to all technical and inspirational materials from a single source.

Do you provide samples?

Yes. We can easily provide our partners with the requested material samples, finishes, and other relevant elements to support their projects. Simply let us know what you need, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Do you have 3D models?

Yes. 3D models are available for all our products. You can download them on the Collaboration page, as well as directly from each product page.
